According to the deployment of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, the educational activities of maintaining the advanced nature with the practice of Theory of Three Represents as the main content are being carried out one after another throughout the Party. In order to ensure that the achievements of party member's advanced education in the previous stage reach the expected goal and achieve practical results, our college further consolidated and expanded the achievements of advanced education activities in accordance with the spirit requirements of Anfa (2005) 15 "Implementation Plan for the" Looking Back "Activities of Party Organizations in the Town and party member * * *, and promoted the sound and rapid development of the town's economic and social undertakings. The Party branch of our college decided to carry out education first in all party member. The following examples are presented.

I. Guiding ideology and objectives and tasks

Adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents and party constitution, conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the Sixteenth CPC Central Committee, closely focus on the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the overall situation of hospital reform, development and stability, closely contact the actual situation of our hospital and the ideological situation of medical staff, strive to maintain the advanced nature and purity of the party member team, and enhance the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations. Effectively solve the outstanding problems existing in the ranks of party member, so that all party member can further enhance their advanced consciousness, clarify their advanced standards and practice their advanced requirements, achieve the fundamental purpose of improving their quality, serving the masses, promoting their work and accelerating their development, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for creating a new situation in the reform and development of our hospital.

Second, the time schedule and method steps

This time, the educational "looking back" activity will be carried out in three stages.

The first stage is to deepen theoretical study and improve ideological understanding (March-April).

1, learning content. Organize party member to study Theory of Three Represents theory in depth, party constitution, the decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, Hu Jintao's important speech and Jiang Zemin's theory on strengthening and improving the construction of the ruling party (excerpts from special topics), and learn the instructions and required reading contents of higher authorities on carrying out advanced education activities, as well as other related contents.

2. Learning form. Insist on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and giving classes in different categories. Take individual self-study, concentrated learning and communication, listening to counseling reports, watching videos and other flexible forms. According to the actual situation of each party member, carry out special education to enhance the learning effect. In particular, we should do a good job in the study and education of newly developed party member in 2003 and 2004.

3. study discipline. Establish and improve the study attendance, supervision and inspection, make up lessons and other systems to ensure the participation rate of party member. Generally, the Party branch conducts centralized study, takes study notes seriously and writes learning experience. The second stage, in-depth investigation and rectification, to solve practical problems (May-June)

Combined with the summary of the work in the first half of the year and the democratic appraisal in party member, and drawing lessons from the experience of appraising party member in advanced education activities, we conducted democratic appraisal on all party member, and actively and steadily carried out appraisal, identification and disposal of unqualified party member in strict accordance with the procedures and steps stipulated in the Trial Opinions on Further Handling Unqualified party member. For the unqualified party member identified by the appraisal, the person in charge of the Party branch will have a heart-to-heart talk, point out the direction of efforts, let him rectify and improve as soon as possible, and play a vanguard and exemplary role; Those who have been expelled from the Party should continue to care about education and guide them to be good citizens. 3. Hold an organizational life meeting to carry out criticism and self-criticism. Around July 1st, a special organization life meeting was held with the theme of studying and practicing Theory of Three Represents Theory, keeping party member's advanced nature forever, establishing and implementing Scientific Outlook on Development and building a harmonious society, and the discussion activity of "What is the deviation of my advanced nature from party member standard, and I contribute to the development of the hospital" was carried out.

4. Formulate and implement corrective measures. In view of the existing problems, seriously study and formulate rectification measures, clarify the key points of rectification, implement rectification responsibilities, and effectively rectify and improve. Take the practice of finding by yourself, urging by the masses, instructing by superiors and helping each other. While "looking back", we can learn, check, discuss and change while solving the practical problems of units and individuals.

In the third stage, we will continue to explore and innovate and improve the long-term mechanism (July-August).

1, establish and improve the working system. Improve the inner-party life system and strictly observe the party's discipline. 3. Summarize it carefully. According to the party branch's self-examination, the activity of "looking back" is comprehensively summarized.

Third, organize and lead.

1, strengthen organizational leadership and clarify work responsibilities. The college has set up a leading group headed by the branch secretary, and the leaders of each party group are the first responsible person for this work.

2, fully understand the importance of "looking back" activities, enhance the consciousness of doing a good job of "looking back", find problems in time, solve them seriously, and ensure that the work at this stage is truly effective.
