1. Seriously study and implement the state's principles and policies on modern distance education, and timely convey the principles and policies promulgated by the state and the rules, regulations and norms on distance education formulated by the school to all relevant units of distance education;

2. Formulate various rules and regulations related to online teaching, and organize and supervise the implementation of relevant units after being approved by the school or the teaching department. Be fully responsible for the education quality of distance education;

3. Carry out the construction of excellent study style and examination style. To formulate a work plan for students' ideological and political education, and organize its implementation after approval by the school;

4. Make the enrollment plan and organize the implementation after the approval of the school. Publish enrollment brochures and be responsible for enrollment;

5. Formulate the charging standard for distance education and report it to the provincial price department where the school is located for approval;

6. Make a teaching plan, organize the construction of distance education management platform and teaching resources, and organize teachers to carry out distance education teaching according to the teaching plan;

7. Formulate teaching syllabus and corresponding assessment standards, put forward suggestions for improvement in teaching, experiment and practice links and conditions of teaching points (divisions) in time, and review the qualifications of teaching and tutoring teachers;

8. Responsible for the management of students' status, and issue corresponding certificates and certificates to students with qualified academic performance;

9 to guide the necessary management and teaching links undertaken by off-campus teaching points (branches);

10. Organize all kinds of training work, and organize special business training for the heads of teaching points (branches), network teaching system and maintenance personnel, teaching management personnel and students' ideological and political education personnel.
