The main work in the first half of this year is summarized as follows:
First, to create a unique charm of Guantao education
On February 14, Guantao County Education Work Conference was held. At the meeting, it was determined that the general idea of the county's education work in 20xx is: comprehensively study and implement the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (20xx-20xx) and the spirit of the National Education Work Conference, take Scientific Outlook on Development as the guide, take the goal of building a strong education county as the guide, vigorously implement the school-based revolution, highlight the creation of efficient classrooms, deepen the county balance, comprehensively improve the quality of education, and create charming education with Guantao characteristics. By creating charm education, create a charismatic principal with pragmatic innovation and excellent business; To be a charming teacher who is dedicated to his post, loves students, has high moral character and is knowledgeable; Create an independent, efficient, harmonious and happy charming classroom; Cultivate attractive students who are fond of learning, good at learning and versatile; Create a charming campus with beautiful and elegant environment to educate people and enhance the core competitiveness of Guantao education. Since then, the educational activities to create the unique charm of Guantao have begun:
(1) Organization and leadership
A leading group for the creation of charm education was established, with the director as the team leader and bureau leaders, Wu Qiushan, Wang and Liu Ting as the deputy heads. Under the leading group, there is a charm education promotion office, headed by Deputy Director Wang, and the members of the office are specially drawn from the bureau office, education department, personnel department, teaching and research section and further education school. The office of promoting charm education is specifically responsible for promoting the creation of charm education in the county, including excavating the connotation of charm education, formulating the implementation plan of charm education creation, planning the creation process, formulating the implementation rules of quantitative assessment of charm education, strengthening the supervision of the creation of school charm education, summarizing the creation of school charm education in stages, forming written materials and reporting to the leading group regularly. The website of Guantao charm education was opened, and the special issue of Guantao charm education was founded, which broadened the publicity channels.
(2) Promotion activities
In order to speed up the process of creating charm education, since February this year, our bureau has carried out a series of "promotional activities and measures": First, from February 25th to April 27th, 27 special trainings on "Strengthening teachers' ability, creating new classrooms and creating charm education" were held in primary and secondary schools in the county, and 2,240 teachers participated in the training activities. Second, from March 7 to 30, a 22-day exhibition tour of excellent primary school teachers was held, with 35 teachers teaching 66 classes, involving 5 disciplines, and visiting 33 primary schools in the county, benefiting 1656 teachers. More than 600 athletes from 43 teams from all schools in the county participated in the competition, and 3 people broke the county sports meeting record. From March to May, the 22nd Art Festival for Primary and Secondary Schools was successfully held with the theme of "Red Spirit is passed down from generation to generation". Five performances were organized in school districts and county schools, and11/excellent cultural programs were exhibited. Received 606 works of art (pieces), 278 essays and 88 designs of festival emblems. Second, attracting investment and project construction.
(1) Attract investment
First, Jinye Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was introduced, with an annual output of 2,000 pumping units and 2,200 reducers, covering an area of130,000 square meters (195 mu) with a total investment of 580.36 million yuan. At present, the special report on energy saving analysis has passed the expert review and is being put on record. 2. The coal and steel warehousing and logistics project of Hebei Hongshan Trading Co., Ltd. covers an area of 76,667 square meters (1 15 mu) with a total investment of 377.5 million yuan. After the project is completed, 600,000 tons of coal and 200,000 tons of steel will be distributed every year. Third, from June to June this year, the capital was introduced14.86 million yuan. Fourthly, four senior teachers were hired from Guanxian No.1 Middle School in Shandong Province as part-time teachers in experimental middle schools.
(2) Project construction
In 20xx, on the basis of speeding up the progress of projects under construction such as Taoshan Middle School, county central kindergarten, special education school, Xucun Primary School, Chetuan Primary School, Shizhuang United Primary School, Yongji Primary School, Fangzhai Middle School, Dongguangcai Kindergarten and Jin Xin Kindergarten, new projects such as Tanshang United Primary School Complex, Youzhai Middle School and Teaching Building were implemented. The comprehensive building of Tanshang United Primary School started construction in March, with a planned investment of 4.2 million yuan and a construction area of 3,500 square meters. It is expected to be completed in 65,438+February. The comprehensive building and teaching building of Youzhai Middle School is planned to invest 710.3 million yuan, with a construction area of 6,604 square meters. Third, the construction of teaching staff.
On the basis of vigorously developing charm education and creating various activities, we should pay attention to strengthening the construction of teachers. From June+10, 5438, four government functionaries were organized to compete for the positions of stock-level cadres, which further strengthened the training of middle-level cadres. In February, 83 interns from Hebei Normal University were introduced to teach in our county. In April, 30 kindergarten teachers were openly recruited for the society; In May, 78 kindergarten teachers in the county/KLOC-0 were organized to carry out kindergarten management and teaching and training in music, physical education and aesthetic education. In June, it was planned to recruit 63 teachers, and now the examination work has been completed, so as to further expand the ranks of teachers and improve their quality.
Fourthly, education supervision and evaluation.
On May 25th, it successfully passed the education supervision and evaluation of Handan Municipal Government. Jia and his party, the deputy county inspector of the municipal government, praised the amazing changes in Guantao education, and indeed made great changes.
Fifth, the quality of education and teaching.
In June, the 20xx senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination ended successfully. When the number of reference students for the senior high school entrance examination decreased by 224 compared with the previous year, the number of students with 500 points or above increased by 74, with an increase of 34.4%. When the number of reference students for the general college entrance examination decreased by 450 compared with the previous year, there were freshmen 100, undergraduates 180 and undergraduates17, with an online rate of 62%, among which freshmen 1 18 increased by1compared with last year. Seven, school safety work
Our bureau has always stood at the height of "stressing politics, maintaining stability and promoting development" and put safety work in the first place. First, on March 6th, the annual conference on school safety and comprehensive management in the county was held, and arrangements were made for the safety and comprehensive management in the new school year. Second, while comprehensively strengthening the safety education of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools, different forms of emergency drills for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction have been carried out. On the afternoon of May 12, the primary and secondary schools in the county were organized to carry out safety escape drills, which enhanced the self-care and self-help skills of teachers and students. Third, on the morning of June 20th, a special conference on summer safety education attended by principals of primary and secondary schools and kindergarten directors in the county was held.
