The way of volunteering for many years was described as "gradient volunteering" by the enrollment system, and it was called "parallel volunteer" after the reform. What is the difference between "gradient volunteering" and "parallel volunteer"? The so-called "gradient" operates at different levels, that is, all colleges and universities are divided into several batches, such as one batch of undergraduates, two batches of undergraduates and three batches of undergraduates; In the same batch, there are several rounds of operation modes of filing and admission. The first round is the first volunteer, the second round is the reference volunteer, and the third round is the adjustment volunteer. Each batch is divided into several rounds, which is the setting form and operation mode of "gradient volunteer".
The current "parallel volunteer" has changed the structure of the "gradient" configuration, and turned into several college columns in parallel. In other words, there is only one school for the first choice, and if there is no competition, there will be a second round (second choice) competition.
In the first round, the current "parallel volunteer" has opened several columns of colleges and universities at the same time. These columns are parallel structures and are the first choice, that is, "gradient" has become "parallel".
Second, different volunteer settings bring about changes in the way of reporting.
"Gradient volunteering" gives priority to volunteering, and then looks at scores. Under this setting, each person can only choose one school. When filing, you should first search by school to see which candidates have filled in, and compare the scores of candidates who have volunteered in the same school, from high to low, until the proportion of filing is full; For example, if you press 1: 1.2, you will get 100 and 120. If there are not enough people online, such as 100, but only 90 people are put in, then the remaining planned vacancies are waiting there, and the second round of "reference volunteering" (also called "second volunteering") is used to fill the file. In the first round, universities enter the admission stage after the first selection is completed. This time is called pre-admission. Colleges and universities must submit the pre-admission list to the Provincial High School Admissions Office for review. If the reason is justified, it will be confirmed through review. At this time, the pre-admission will be converted into formal admission, then enter the database, and then print the admission roster. When the pre-admission results of universities are reviewed, the first round of file admission is over, and then the second round (that is, the "reference volunteer" file admission) is entered.
"parallel volunteer" is the opposite. Its admission rule is "score first" and then "free will". According to the setting characteristics of "parallel volunteer", candidates choose not one university, but four (or more) universities at the same time, so the rules should be changed. It's like taking a bus. There are 100 cars parked over there. There are so many people, who will fuck first and then? Who should get on which bus? Set the rules in advance, compare the scores first, and whoever scores first will get the first place. This is "score first".
Whoever gets on the bus first has been chosen in advance. 100 cars cannot be selected. A person can choose four cars in advance (in order to let everyone get on the car they are satisfied with, everyone will be required to put on the four cars they want in advance). When it's your turn to line up according to the scores depends on the customers of the four cars you selected in advance. You can get on the first bus if there are seats available. If this car is full, it depends on the second or even the third or fourth car. By analogy, you can get on which car is still available. Unless you make a mistake in advance and choose the wrong car, there is no room in the car, then you have no chance to get on the bus. In this case, you have to wait for the next round, that is, you have to see which cars are not full, and there are vacancies to announce the recruitment of volunteers, so that you have the opportunity to re-select and compete. This is "following the will".
How exactly does it work? First of all, candidates should line up, rank and not be crowded together. At present, there are many candidates with the same score, so it is necessary to score points. This regulation was also announced in advance. How to rank in the same total score? When the total score of liberal arts candidates is the same, it is better than Chinese, when Chinese is the same, it is better than literature comprehensive, when literature comprehensive is the same, it is better than mathematics, and finally it is better than foreign language. When the total scores of science candidates are the same, they are better than mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages. If they are all the same, they have to be tied for each other; Of course, this probability is extremely low.
Related to ranking is the processing of bonus points. The document also stipulates that all fixed policy points should be added to the total score for ranking. This kind of fixed bonus item is stipulated by the Ministry of Education and is very common all over the country.
After the ranking is discharged, you can operate the "parallel volunteer" file. Whoever arrives first will have the priority to search and file. Please note that this only means the right to search files, not being admitted. First of all, you must file a file. If you can't file it, you won't be admitted, so the first step is to file it. For example, a candidate ranks 1000, and all the search files of the first 999 candidates have been done. When it's the1000th candidate's turn, the computer system will start to search for the "parallel volunteer" you filled in (there are 4 columns in the undergraduate course).
Seven, "parallel volunteer" reporting strategy.
Since there are risks, how can we avoid them? This involves the strategy of voluntary service.
Speaking of this problem, the first thing to be solved is to choose a school or a major. Objectively speaking, there are two different choices every year. A considerable number of candidates choose schools, for example, as long as they can go to Peking University for archaeology, they choose to go to a certain school. The second choice is to choose a major, for example, I just want to choose finance and accounting, and I don't want to study anything else.
Candidates must first decide whether to choose a school or a major. Why are we talking about this issue? Because as I said before, the second reason for quitting is that the choice of major is very clear. As a result, when arranging majors, competition can't beat others to quit.
Take clinical medicine as an example, Peking University Medical Center, Shanghai Medical University and Fujian Medical University have them. Clinical medicine is recognized as a hot topic. Your score may meet the requirements of Peking University Medical Center. If you choose other majors, you may not be dismissed, but you may be dismissed because you only choose the most popular clinical medicine major and don't study other majors. If you choose the clinical medicine major of Shanghai Medical University instead of the clinical medicine major of Peking University Medical College when you fill in your volunteers, you may have a relative professional competitive advantage and will not be dismissed.
However, it is because you filled in the Peking University Medical Center first and reached the school's filing line that you were put in the file, which is troublesome. You are fired, and the chance of Shanghai Medical University is gone. In this case, Peking University Medical College should be abandoned from the beginning to ensure the clinical medicine specialty of other medical universities. Therefore, there are different choices between choosing a school and choosing a major, that is, you have to gain something and give up. If choosing a school is a strategy (relatively more opportunities), then choosing a major is another strategy (relatively only one opportunity). So first of all, we must be clear about this problem.
The second problem is that when choosing schools and considering professional arrangements, we should have a reasonable gradient configuration for multiple columns, and we should not turn multiple opportunities into only one opportunity. As far as the choice of schools is concerned, Zhejiang University is the first choice, followed by Jiaotong University. This is because I didn't seize the opportunity. The selected universities are all at the same level and have not been upgraded. If Zhejiang University doesn't file, Jiaotong University may not be able to file.
What is reasonable? You have to form a gradient configuration, just like a ladder. According to the experience summarized by the candidates, the more reasonable reporting strategy is described in popular language as "rushing, stabilizing, ensuring and padding". That is, the first column uses "chong", and it can be rushed; The first column is "rush", but the second column should be "stable"; If you are worried about "stability", choose a safer one in the third column, that is, "guarantee one guarantee"; "One cushion and one cushion" is the bottom, so there is still a way out for the first three columns, but you can't just grab one and choose the one you are satisfied with.
It should be said that the volunteer columns of the four schools are all filled in with their own satisfaction, just to ensure the success rate. This configuration is strategically formed. In case there is a retreat in front and rear, the purpose is to improve the success rate. Generally speaking, it is difficult for a school to distinguish between good and bad, and it is unscientific and unreasonable to divide it deliberately. As long as it is satisfied with its choice, it is the best. It is the same to consider professional arrangements. Unless there are special circumstances, you must only choose 1~2, otherwise you should also match "cold" and "hot". In a word, it is best to form a gradient configuration, whether choosing a school or choosing a major, which is conducive to improving the success rate.
In addition, it should be emphasized that choosing such a reporting strategy is also based on its own strength. If you want to rush, you can't rush. It is also a kind of "waste" to know that your own strength can't reach "rush". Fortunately, judging from the admission results last year, the candidates reported well and were more rational. For example, this batch of A files is 44% in literature and history and 48% in science and engineering; Only 6% of them belong to the fourth column.
Eight, fill in the details of the operation should be paid attention to when volunteering.
In order to better implement this reporting strategy, we should generally "know ourselves and ourselves" and not "report blindly" or "report indiscriminately".
"False report" means that you don't know the situation of the other institution and whether your strength is equal to the admission score (or ranking) of the other institution, and you fill in the report blindly; "False alarm" means that you can't go up and down in four columns and you can't mess up the gradient configuration yourself. We can't flatten all four opportunities and turn them into "rushing" opportunities.
How to avoid it? It is "know yourself and know yourself". You don't have to worry about "bosom friend". Many parents are very worried, and they start to worry as soon as they finish the exam, such as whether this year's exam is difficult or not, what is the score line and so on. In fact, you don't have to worry about all this. Just wait patiently for a few days and you will get the result. After the college entrance examination, a large number of teachers are marking papers. Generally, scores will be given within 20 days after the exam, and the corresponding rankings will be given after the scores come out. Candidates can not only check their scores online with their own accounts and passwords, but also know their rankings. Subsequently, the provincial recruitment Committee studied and announced the admission control scores of each batch. Our province deliberately decided to fill in the volunteers after the "three knowledge" (that is, knowing the points, knowing the position and knowing the line) in order to let everyone "know each other".
How to "know each other"? There are many channels. Now the information in the hands of candidates is a very practical tool, including the highest score, the lowest score, and the highest and lowest rankings of colleges and universities in our province last year. By comparing their scores and rankings, candidates can easily know their own strength, which dare to report, which dare not report, and even which can be chosen, forming a gradient configuration of "rushing, stability, safety and cushion".
However, this is only the first step. After completing this step, you should open the plan book (a kind of enrollment information), go to the corresponding school, find this school and choose a major, pick out the satisfactory major, and make a note on the side of the school. A school can fill in six majors, and candidates can choose more.
Before choosing a major, parents should communicate with candidates more, and it is best to figure out what they want to do in the future, where to do it and so on. For example, if you want to be a policeman or a teacher in the future, you must communicate in advance. After the communication, we should respect the wishes of the candidates, and parents can no longer interfere rudely or simply do everything.
After communication, candidates can choose their majors rationally and prepare according to their own wishes. After the major is selected, you can also use the query system mentioned above to query professional information. At this time, you need to enter "a school, a major, Fujian science ranking". For example, we should know the highest and lowest rankings of these majors in Fujian in recent years, so that we can have a reference. This is called "knowing each other". These questions are best done by hand, not by anyone.
Of course, the query results can only be the closest reference, and it is unrealistic to achieve the accuracy of 100%. After these tasks are completed, I hope to do two things:
The first is to seek the opinions of colleges and universities (this is also an important channel for "getting to know each other"). You can hang up and ask, introduce yourself, and then ask college teachers to guide you to report to their school. If the teacher's reply should be ok, or according to the enrollment situation of the school in Fujian in previous years, you have an advantage, so you should be able to report it with confidence.
The second is to find out what courses are offered in your pre-selected major. This must be known. Why? Just let yourself know in advance, are you interested in studying this major and taking these courses after four years? Will you encounter obstacles in your study? Because many candidates actually have some partial subjects in middle school, they generally choose according to their own specialties and hobbies.
Finally, the gradient configuration mentioned above should be considered, and the choice of majors should be "cold" and "hot" in order to improve the success rate. Then how to configure it? Referring to the experience of candidates in previous years inside and outside the province, it is best to adopt the gradient distribution strategy of "rushing one, stabilizing one, ensuring one and padding one". As for how each candidate "rushes, stabilizes, guarantees and cushions", it depends on the candidates' own judgment and choice. This gradient configuration should not be difficult to determine after "knowing ourselves and knowing ourselves".
