Mr. Wang is the founder of the Doctoral Program of Pedagogy Principles in Northeast Normal University and the national key discipline. Since 1987, 39 doctoral students have been supervised and 24 doctoral students have graduated. There are dozens of doctoral supervisors among the graduates. Among them, the representative is Professor Liu Haimin, vice president and doctoral supervisor of Northeast Normal University. Professor Xiao, Director of Peking University Human Resources Development and Management Research Center; Professor Yuan Guilin, Doctoral Supervisor of School of Education, Beijing Normal University; Professor Huang Fuquan, Deputy Director of Modern Education Research and Development Center of South China Normal University; Professor Hao Deyong, Vice President of bohai university; And Zhang Baoquan, director of Shenzhen Education Bureau (currently director of the Education, Culture and Health Committee of the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress) and Zhong Yijun, director of Zhuhai Education Bureau.

Mr. Wang was awarded the "Five One Projects" Award 1 item in Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, the National Social Science Fund 1 item and more than 20 provincial and ministerial awards.
