Some schools in 27 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have carried out the "centralized literacy" teaching reform experiment initiated by Beiguan School, and the experience of "centralized literacy" teaching reform has been popularized throughout the country. After the meeting, Liaoning Daily published two articles written by Li Huang, secretary of the provincial party committee, entitled "Creating Successful Experiences in Beiguan Primary School in Montenegro" and "Actively Carrying out Educational Reform Movement". Lu, Minister of Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC), made a speech entitled "Education must be reformed" at a National People's Congress. In his speech, he talked about the experimental situation of Beiguan Primary School in Montenegro and fully affirmed the experience of "centralized literacy" teaching reform. In the same year, Mr. Jia Guizhi represented Beiguan Primary School in the National Association of Cultural and Educational Systems. After the meeting, the school was rated as the national advanced education unit. In April of the same year 10, the school was identified as the key experimental school in Liaoning Province and renamed as "Beiguan Experimental School in Heishan County, Liaoning Province", and the name of the school was inscribed by Vice Governor Che.

After the on-the-spot meeting of the reform in Montenegro, the centralized literacy mode of "basic words with words" was adopted. By 1966, this experience has been enriched and improved, and a relatively complete teaching material has been compiled. Because "concentrate on literacy, read a lot and write early", students' reading and writing ability has been greatly improved.
During the "Cultural Revolution", the teaching reform experiment was forced to be interrupted. After the downfall of the Gang of Four, the school not only quickly resumed the "centralized literacy" experimental project, but also conducted a number of experiments in other disciplines. It is mainly to reform teaching methods, strengthen the cultivation of students' literacy ability and intellectual development, lay a good foundation for literacy, and improve students' ability to master and use knowledge, independent literacy and self-study ability.
1978 and 1980, Liaoning Province and the Central Institute of Education held a conference on "Centralized Literacy" in Beiguan School. 1978 People's Publishing House published the book "Twenty Years of Centralized Literacy".

During the period of 1990, the Liaoning provincial government held a "meeting to commemorate the 30th anniversary of centralized literacy" in Montenegro, summing up and popularizing the experience of Chinese teaching reform of "centralized literacy, extensive reading and step-by-step practice". In June+10 of the same year, Liaoning People's Publishing House published a book "New Chinese System for Primary Schools", and Comrade Lu prefaced the book and wrote the title. In the new century, especially since 2002, the new leadership team has assessed the situation, kept pace with the times, sought truth from facts, pioneered and innovated, clearly established the development concept of "establishing a prestigious school style, building a prestigious school brand, and casting brilliance again" and the development goal of "creating a first-class environment, implementing first-class management and cultivating first-class talents", boldly put forward a series of new school-running strategies and introduced a series of new management systems.

Teaching reform experiments and educational research work have always been the vanguard of our county and even the whole region. The school correctly handled the relationship between inheritance and development, guided the traditional "centralized literacy" teaching with the new curriculum concept, and the "centralized literacy" teaching reform experiment entered a new stage. Completed the sewer project upstairs in the middle school, built 2 new student toilets, reformed the campus heating, rebuilt the school gate and guard room, and built 2000 square meters of flower beds and lawns, which greatly improved the conditions for running schools and optimized the campus environment, and the school took on a new look. In 2008-2009, the county government invested150,000 yuan to completely rebuild and expand the school. The whole project includes the main project-the main teaching building 735 1 m2, and the auxiliary project-the preschool bungalow classroom 364 m2, the student canteen 850 m2, the transformer room 80 m2, and the fire pool 18. The fence is 400 meters, the colored brick playground and Yonglu 10000 square meters, the flush toilet is 360 square meters, and the marble machine planed stone steps and platforms 1700 square meters connect two overpasses outside the playground of the middle school. Supporting facilities-lifting desks and chairs for students 1800 sets, office desks and chairs for teachers 170 sets, high-standard chemistry laboratory, language lab, science laboratory, multimedia classroom, dance studio and other special classrooms and function rooms. The school-running conditions reach the first-class level of similar schools in the whole city and even in western Liaoning, which is an important milestone in the history of school construction and development.
The scale of running a school is constantly expanding. In 2004, because the railway school was placed under local management, it received 30 teachers from Dahushan Railway Middle School and Primary School of the former Tianjin Railway Branch. In 2008, due to the integration of educational resources in our county, the second junior middle school in Montenegro was integrated into the school as a whole.
