What are the development stages of ideological and political education?
The process of ideological and political education is mainly divided into three stages: internalization stage, externalization stage and feedback stage, which are explained as follows:

The first stage (internalization stage) is that educators impart the guiding ideology of society to the educated, and the educated selectively accept the ideas taught by the educators according to their own needs and under the influence of other factors, and internalize them into their own personal thoughts. (Internalize external educational ideas according to individual needs)

The second stage (externalization stage) is that the educated turn themselves into motivation, control or adjust their behavior, and form behavior habits. (Form one's own educational thoughts through individualization and guide practice through understanding)

The third stage (feedback stage) is to evaluate and feedback the social effects of individual behavior with the joint efforts of educators and educatees, so as to enrich the society and individual thoughts.
