Agreement content:

Consequences of breach of contract:
If he fails to engage in primary and secondary education under this agreement after graduation, he shall return the public education fee to Party C in one lump sum within 1 month after the announcement of the default decision, and pay 50% of the liquidated damages; Pay the late payment fee at the rate of 1‰ per day.
Without the consent of Party C, those who have been engaged in primary and secondary education for less than six years after graduation will be refunded to Party C at one-sixth of the average annual length of service (including the year of resignation) and pay 50% of the liquidated damages; Pay the late payment fee at the rate of 1‰ per day.

Application conditions:
Participate in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and reach the admission scores of normal colleges and universities directly under the local Ministry; Abide by the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on Enrollment of Colleges and Universities, love education, and be willing to teach for a long time after graduation; Good health, in line with the relevant provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
Agreement:
Normal students in free education should sign a tripartite agreement before entering school. The three parties are the Normal University directly under the Ministry, the free education normal students as Party B and the provincial education administrative department where the students are located. Normal University directly under the Ministry will send the Agreement on Free Education for Normal Students (in triplicate) signed and sealed by the school to the provincial education administrative department where the students are located according to the enrollment plan 120% before enrollment.
The latter signs and seals the travel calendar and sends it back to the relevant university in time. After that, the free education agreement for normal students (in quadruplicate) signed and sealed by the university and the provincial education administrative department where the students are located will be sent together with the admission notice of the university.
