The Historical Evolution of Suzhou University College of Literature
The College of Literature of Soochow University has developed gradually since Soochow University 1900 was founded. 1900, the American board of supervisors held its annual meeting in Shanghai and formulated the articles of association of the board of directors of Soochow University. In 2009, on the basis of integrating the journalism and communication major of the School of Journalism and Communication, Suzhou University established the Phoenix Media College of Suzhou University in cooperation with Hong Kong Phoenix Satellite TV Group, and abolished the School of Journalism and Communication. The School of Literature and Journalism and Communication of Suzhou University was renamed the College of Literature of Suzhou University after the definition of journalism major and discipline.
