Non-new mechanism teachers: Compared with new mechanism teachers, non-new mechanism teachers are mainly teachers who are recruited by the county level, responsible for management and bear the expenses.
At present, both the new mechanism and the non-new mechanism are unified examinations for provincial organs, and the contents of the examinations are the same.
The difference is that the new mechanism teachers belong to the provincial personnel establishment (temporary) and have a three-year service period; Non-new mechanism teachers belong to local personnel establishment.
Three-year employment period:
(1) Implement the unified national wage system and standards. Enjoy the same treatment as local formal teachers, and the lack of performance pay will be solved by local finance.
(2) Subsidies are comprehensively determined by local governments according to the income of public teachers and the level of central subsidies under the same local conditions.
(3) Provide necessary transportation subsidies and medical examination fees, and incorporate them into the local social security system according to regulations, and enjoy corresponding social security benefits. The government does not arrange commercial insurance.
After the expiration of three years of employment:
① Encourage continuing to engage in rural education after the expiration of the period. For those who want to stay in local schools, the local government will be responsible for the implementation of jobs, and the provincial personnel will be (temporarily) transferred to the local staffing, and wages will be included in the local financial control.
