The Higher Education Teaching Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education is an administrative institution with independent legal personality directly led by the Ministry of Education, which is responsible for evaluating the teaching and professional teaching of colleges and universities according to the guidelines, policies and evaluation index system formulated by the Ministry of Education.
