Please inform the project leader of your unit to complete the project and fill in the annual progress of the project.

I. Conclusion Work

According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Science and Technology Projects in Fujian Province, please carefully compare the research contents, technical indicators and achievements of the original Application and Contract, and timely handle the relevant procedures for the summary (or appraisal) of science and technology projects of the Education Department:

(1) The project leader carefully fills in and prints the Summary of Science and Technology Project Research Work of Fujian Provincial Education Department in duplicate, and works and other related materials in duplicate. After being audited by the college, the project leader will fill in the comments in the column of "College Comments" on page 5, and then the college will sign and seal them and hand them over to us. Please ask the person in charge of the project to fill in the financial statement on page 6 carefully (the person in charge of the project doesn't need to go to the finance department to stamp, and we will go to the finance department to review and stamp after the work summary is handed in) and pay attention to signing the "signature of the person in charge of the project";

(2) For projects that provide original results in the form of "appraisal (review)" or are ready to apply for appraisal (review), please ask the person in charge of the project to go through the application formalities at the Science and Technology Department of the school in time;

(3) If the research group can't finish the project on time due to objective reasons, it needs to fill in the annual progress table of science and technology projects of Fujian Provincial Department of Education, submit a written application report for extension, and report it to our office after being signed and sealed by the leaders of the institute; Projects that fail to go through the summary (or appraisal) procedures on time and fail to submit the extension application report are regarded as automatic suspension projects and cannot apply for the follow-up science and technology projects of Fujian Provincial Department of Education.

Please fill in and print the annual progress table of science and technology projects of Fujian Provincial Department of Education carefully, and submit it to our office (new campus: east of administrative north building, 3 12) after being examined and signed by the college.
