Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Architecture is a provincial public full-time ordinary college and a national model vocational college. The school is located in Xuzhou, one of the three metropolitan areas in Jiangsu Province and the central city of Huaihai Economic Zone. Founded in 1979, the school is the third technical school for infrastructure engineers. 1July 1983 was placed under the management of the former Ministry of Coal Industry and renamed Xuzhou Coal Construction Engineering School. /kloc-0 was placed under the management of Jiangsu province in July, 1998. 1July, 1999 was upgraded to Xuzhou Vocational and Technical College of Architecture with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

The school has eight secondary colleges, including School of Architectural Engineering and Technology, School of Architectural Design and Decoration, School of Building Equipment and Municipal Engineering, School of Architectural Engineering Management, School of Mining and Transportation Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, School of Economic Management and Humanities, School of Information Media and Art, and three teaching departments, including Basic Department, Ideological and Political Department and Sports Department. The total number of full-time students is nearly 13000. There is a college of continuing education and international exchange, with more than 6,500 students receiving adult education.

Students have won many awards in various skills competitions, mathematical modeling and English competitions in universities across the country and in the province. Every year, hundreds of students enter undergraduate colleges in Jiangsu Province and foreign universities for further study through channels such as "upgrading from junior college to undergraduate college, overseas through train", and jointly set up 3+2 stages with Jiangsu Normal University to train undergraduate majors in electrical automation technology.

The school is located in Quanshan Scenic Area of Xuzhou City, covering an area of 1.080 mu, with a building area of 320,000 square meters and a total teaching equipment value of 65.438+0.3 billion yuan. The new and old campuses of the school are connected, with beautiful campus environment, complete teaching and living facilities and colorful cultural activities. It is the "Charming Campus of National Vocational Colleges" and "Garden School of Jiangsu Province".
