Yang Jie, female, Mongolian,1born in February 1965, party member, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor of biology department of Inner Mongolia University. He is currently the deputy director of the Education Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the vice chairman of the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Association and the vice chairman of the Autonomous Region Women's Federation.
