2014165438+1On October 25th and 26th, under the care and guidance of school leaders, three computer majors in our school held a computer image processing skill competition for students, which was successfully concluded. This competition highlights the purpose of "promoting learning, training and teaching by competition", which not only improves students' practical ability, but also accumulates valuable experience for teachers' future education and teaching work. I will summarize this competition from the following three aspects:
First, the school attaches great importance to it and carefully organizes it.
Before the competition, the competition plan was made, and the time, place, participants, reward methods and operating platform of the competition were determined. According to the students' actual situation and teaching syllabus, professional teachers make clear the content and scoring rules of this skill competition. The computer room administrator carefully overhauls the machine to ensure the smooth progress of the game.
During the competition, the invigilator tries his best to solve some unexpected problems for students under the principle of fairness, justice and openness, so that students can complete the competition in an orderly environment.
After the competition, the marking teacher graded the students' works conscientiously, responsibly, objectively and fairly according to the grading rules, which not only ensured the quality of the competition, but also let the students know their own works and the areas that need improvement, and pointed out the direction for their future study.
Second, the problems found through the competition
1. Students' skill level and operation speed need to be further improved. Judging from the situation of this competition, some students can't finish the task within the specified time. The technical level, especially the operation speed, needs to be further improved.
2. In the usual teaching, we should not only pay attention to operational skills, but also pay attention to professional foundation. Without a solid professional foundation, it is difficult to improve skills after reaching a certain level; Without a solid professional foundation as the backing, there will be no good psychological quality and adaptability. Although secondary vocational school students have a weak foundation and short school time, it is difficult to have it both ways, but in the future education and teaching process, we must realize the importance of professional foundation to students.
Third, the direction of efforts
1, the competition environment should be in line with similar competitions at provincial and municipal levels. Our examination environment, whether it is hardware environment or software platform, has great room for development.
2. Image processing is a course with complex system and strong practicality. Our teachers should not only take textbooks as the blueprint, but also combine the current mainstream technical means. Use modern teaching methods and teaching concepts to improve classroom efficiency and enhance students' interest in learning. This requires our professional teachers to learn through various channels and strive to improve their professional quality and skill level.
3. Create a campus cultural atmosphere of "love skills, learn skills, practice skills, use skills and compare skills", improve students' understanding and enthusiasm for participating in skills competitions, and make skills competitions become the driving force to promote the development of vocational education in China, not just a competition.
