How to be a teacher happily
Happiness is a state of mind, and happiness is an experience. True happiness comes from your unique self, keeping your inner peace. Wei Shusheng, a famous educator, once said: If students are regarded as angels, we will live in heaven; If we regard students as demons, we will live in hell every day. Therefore, as a teacher, we should learn to find the genetic code of happiness, the bits and pieces of happiness, the reasons for being happy every day, overcome job burnout in our daily work, gain a sense of accomplishment from the growth of students and classes, and find our own happiness as a teacher. So, how to be a happy teacher? Below, I would like to make five suggestions: First, to be a happy teacher, we must first have a good attitude. An educator once said, "No matter what your child is like, you should hug him with open arms and tell him that you are the best." If there is no praise in life, you will lose a lot of original brilliance. Teachers' work is different from ordinary work. We should adjust our mentality in time, put aside our troubles and give students sincere praise and tolerance, so that we can gain happiness. Praise more and praise more children at ordinary times. Even naughty children, we should be willing to make friends with them, understand their troubles in life, and give great affirmation and praise as long as there is progress. Second, to be a happy teacher, we should learn to create a harmonious atmosphere. The key to creating a harmonious atmosphere is to adjust the relationship between oneself and students. Class management is, to a great extent, a direct dialogue between people. Why do students feel far away? Far means high above and authority. As teachers, we should be equal participants in student activities, and regard the class as a place for equal communication with students: exchange views on class development, exchange effective implementation of class work, and exchange thoughts and feelings with each other. As natural as communicating with friends. Tolerance is not indulgence, intimacy is not necessarily seamless. Try to treat them as friends under the premise of discipline and system, not to mention that our students are smart and sensible and can become our good friends. Third, to be a happy teacher, you should learn to control your emotions. A positive emotional state makes people cheerful, relaxed, stable, full of vitality, full of enthusiasm and confidence in life. Learn to control your emotions and let yourself spend every day in a pleasant environment. At work, it is inevitable that there will be tension with students. At this moment, what we have to do is to adjust our emotions. In this case, we can take a few deep breaths and tell ourselves to calm down first, and then put what we want to say under the root of our tongue for a while. When you are depressed, chatting with colleagues, chatting with friends or relaxing properly are all good ways to adjust your mood! Fourth, to be a happy teacher, you must learn a set of effective working methods to make your work as easy as possible. We can try to implement "democratic autonomous classes" to provide students with a platform for exercise, greatly arouse their enthusiasm for self-management and self-education, promote their self-confidence and sense of responsibility in exercise, and enhance their sense of participation, competition, democracy and ownership. Everyone enjoys the joy of success and grows their talents. This is exactly what the president of Harvard University said: Harvard is most proud of not having trained six presidents and 36 Nobel Prize winners. The most important thing is to give everyone sufficient choices and development opportunities so that every gold can shine. To be a good teacher and make yourself relaxed, you actually need to find ways to get help from more people, such as school leaders, colleagues and parents of students. Brainstorming will definitely make our work more effective. Fifth, to be a happy teacher, you should have an easily moved heart and enjoy the joy of success. Happiness, happiness is a very conscious feeling, and a touched heart is a hotbed of happiness. Perhaps a trivial matter that looks ordinary in the eyes of ordinary people is a kind of happiness in the eyes of people who are easily moved, from which we can taste happiness. When you walk into the classroom in the morning and hear the sound of reading, you should be happy; You should be happy to see the school's regular evaluation activities and the class get the flowing red flag; When you see that through the joint efforts of teachers and students, you are rated as a "five-star civilized class", you should be happy; You should be happy to see the stubborn students realize that they should study hard; When you see students' praise in your composition, you should feel happy ... Finally, I believe that teachers will devote themselves to their work with a more positive attitude and full enthusiasm in their future work, from which they will realize the happiness of their work and be a smart teacher with happiness.
