Each school should be equipped with more than 2 copies, of which 1 should be reported to the Education Instrument Station of the Municipal Education Commission.

Annual report on basic situation

The first five pages of this registration form give the annual report on the basic situation of the laboratory from 2000 to 2004, and the contents in the table are the most basic data for reporting the laboratory statistics. Schools should fill in the form carefully and improve the procedures such as school seal and leadership signature.

Equipment standard

The equipment standards in this registration form are given on the basis of the former State Education Commission 1993 standards and the adjustment opinions in 2000, which are completely consistent with the current national standards. In order to make the school understand the intention of compiling the ministerial standards, the "Description" in the Catalogue of Science Teaching Instruments in Middle Schools is attached at the end of this registration form.

Year-end instrument inventory

This registration form gives an empty column for filling in the instrument inventory at the end of the year after the instrument standard. At the end of each year, the school should accurately fill in the inventory of the corresponding instruments in the empty column of the corresponding year. By comparing the instrument inventory before and after the end of the year, we can know the "net increase in the current year" of each instrument, and we can know the "missing number" after comparing the equipment standards.
