In the course of nearly a century, the school has trained more than 654.38 million graduates. Many alumni have made remarkable achievements in their respective posts, and the school's career development has also made brilliant achievements. Alma mater and alumni share weal and woe, and alumni are closely connected with alma mater. On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the school, alumni from home and abroad gathered at their alma mater to hold the inaugural meeting of the Alumni Association of China University of Mining and Technology to jointly imagine the bright future of their alma mater. This is a major event for the majority of alumni, and it is also an important measure to unite all forces and revitalize the great cause of the alma mater.
