Video of basketball dribbling around the pole
Basketball dribbling technique around the pole
1. Start (from the right):
The supporting foot is the left foot, which runs to the second group of poles in 4, 6 and 8 steps (even steps).
The supporting foot is the right foot, which runs to the second group of poles in 3, 5 and 7 steps (odd steps).
Dribble in a straight line and push it away with the vertical palm (touch the upper part of the back side of the ball by hand), and dribble for three times to reach the second group of poles. The impact point of the third ball is about 30 cm behind the hypotenuse of the second set of bars.
2. Starting from the second set of bars, take 2 or 3 steps between the two sets of bars (at this time, the ball has bounced up, diagonally in front of the bar, just pushing it with the lateral palm about 30 cm behind the next set of bars).
Step 3.2 Turn to the midpoint, hold the ball with your side palm, and dribble the ball around the pole once.
4. Then repeat the above actions and return.
