In the first and second grades of junior high school, mental health education courses are offered, among which adolescent health education is the key content, which is taught by full-time teachers and has classes every two weeks. There are eight classes this semester. Through lectures, mental health education and guidance are given to students at different levels to help students improve their psychological quality, improve their personality and enhance their ability to resist setbacks and adapt to the environment.
In view of students' common psychological obstacles, under the guidance of mental health education teachers, special lectures are held regularly to help students solve problems, four times per semester and once a month. Through special lectures, improve and perfect students' psychological quality and form good psychological quality.
Set up a psychological counseling room and a "psychological navigation" mailbox to give scientific and effective psychological counseling to students who have psychological troubles or psychological obstacles during their growth. This work is carried out by the Ministry of Political and Educational Affairs in cooperation with mental health education teachers.
