1. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree issued by an accredited university, and fresh graduates can also apply for admission if they can obtain the required academic qualifications before the start of the course.
2. If the teaching language of the applicant's undergraduate course is not English, the following minimum English proficiency requirements shall be met:
IELTS 6.0 or above (not less than 5.5 in each item)
TOEFL score above 80.
Other equivalent qualifications: such as C or above in Cambridge English Proficiency Test, CET-6 /450 or above. It should be noted that at present, only some unpopular majors of City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and Hong Kong Institute of Education still take CET-6.
Applying for MBA and financial banking related majors generally requires GMAT scores.
Note: Individual departments or majors may set higher English proficiency requirements.
3. GPA 3.GPA 3.0, average score above 80: Universities in Hong Kong attach great importance to students' undergraduate grades, so they need to prepare as soon as possible.
