Mechanical drawing is divided into upper and lower parts, with a total of 17 chapters. The first part is mechanical drawing, which mainly includes: basic knowledge and skills of drawing, orthographic projection and three views, point, line and plane projection, basic body, axonometric projection, intersection of common solid surfaces, assembly, drawing, part drawing, standard gear, spring, assembly drawing, etc.
After the revision of the textbook, we should strengthen the cultivation of reading pictures and spatial imagination, and initially cultivate innovative imagination by combining reading pictures and legends. 2. Fundamentals of mechanical design
This paper mainly introduces the structural analysis of planar mechanism, the introduction of mechanical design and the application of modern design methods, which is the common basic knowledge of mechanism and mechanical design. "Common mechanism" mainly describes the working principle, application and motion design method of some common mechanisms (such as linkage mechanism, cam mechanism, gear train and so on) from the perspective of transmitting motion.
This book can be used as a textbook for the course "Fundamentals of Mechanical Design" of mechanical design, manufacturing and electromechanical engineering majors in higher vocational and technical education and higher college education, and can also be used as a reference for readers and engineers in related majors.
3. Tolerance fit and measurement technology
Tolerance Fit and Measurement Technology is compiled according to the training objectives and teaching requirements of higher vocational education and with reference to the new relevant national standards. This book is divided into two parts: the basic part and the skill part. The basic part includes introduction, dimensional tolerance and fit, form and position tolerance and surface structure, which consists of four chapters. Skills chapter includes five chapters: measurement technology foundation, hole axis size measurement and geometric error detection.
"Tolerance Fit and Measurement Technology" focuses on the explanation of basic concepts and the application of standards, and at the same time pays attention to integrating theory with practice.
