Recently, the "Three Tong" Red Education Base in Huapen Village, Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing District was unveiled. The Qianjiadian Town Revolutionary Campaign Memorial Hall, the "Three Tong" Education Exhibition Hall, the workshop and the red history of Huapen Village are connected in series, so that party member people and tourists can relive the glorious years and better practice the mass line in the new period in the "Three Tong" study and education of "eating, living and working together".

Huapen Village has a long history and rich revolutionary relics. 1June, 938, the Eighth Route Army first advanced to Pingbei. Under the leadership of Wu Jinnan, Wang Jilong and Zhan Danan of the Fourth Longitudinal Political Department, more than 360 people from the Puppet Manchurian Army 1 Battalion were completely annihilated in Nangushan, Huapen Village, killing several Japanese troops, which is known as the "Flower Pot Campaign" in history. After War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression entered the stalemate stage, Huapen Village was located in the center of Pingbei guerrilla zone, which became an important source of guerrilla warfare behind enemy lines and made important contributions to War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression in Pingbei area.

At the beginning of 2020, the Party Committee of Qianjiadian Town dug deep into the red resource endowment and ecological and economic advantages of Huapen Village and built a "trinity" red education base for flowerpots. The base takes Huapen Village as the core, and establishes a revolutionary battle memorial hall, a "Three Tong" education exhibition hall and a workshop in Qianjiadian Town. At the same time, scientifically integrate and comprehensively utilize red resources and industrial resources such as Huapen Village and its surrounding revolutionary martyrs monument, Scutellaria baicalensis planting base and folk households, and build a dry training base with memorial halls, workshops, red cultural squares, party history cultural corridors and other learning places as the core and folk households, 4,000 mu of Scutellaria baicalensis planting base and other living and working places as the support.

In the flowerpot "Three Links" Red Education Base, party member cadres and tourists can participate in rural production and life, such as farm work, mountain patrol, river patrol and garbage sorting. They can also live in a farmhouse, eat farmhouse meals and do farm work, feel the spiritual strength of revolutionary ancestors and update the red genes in the experience and study.
