Bijie Kindergarten Teachers College is a full-time general college approved by the Ministry of Education and the only normal college in Bijie. The school was founded in Zhijin Normal Workshop on 19 16, and has gone through the periods of ethnic education teacher training class, simple normal school, Zhijin Normal School, farming normal school, zhijin county Normal School, Guizhou Zhijin Normal School and Bijie Kindergarten Normal School. 201May 18, Bijie Kindergarten Teachers College was established on the basis of the original Bijie Kindergarten Teachers College with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
The school has ten majors, including preschool education, early education, English education, primary education, fine arts, art design, dance performance, music performance, environmental art design, advertising design and production. It enrolls students from seven provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). The school pays attention to exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and has established cooperative relations with domestic universities such as Guangzhou University, Guizhou Institute of Engineering Application Technology, Xuzhou Preschool Teachers College and Guiyang Preschool Teachers College.
