From teachers, students will unconsciously feel what should be done and what should not be done. They will consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the school, consciously restrain themselves and manage themselves. Second, combine emotional education with strict requirements.
As a teacher, sometimes when we sincerely dedicate your love to some students, you are not sure to let them overcome their shortcomings and correct their mistakes immediately. I remember when I first joined the work, I put a lot of energy into those students who were usually sloppy and lack of discipline. For example, when they make mistakes, I patiently reason with them several times; Some students are sick, so I take medicine and buy nutrition at home; Some students have poor families, and I generously subsidize their living expenses. However, they still have problems sometimes. I deeply reflected, and finally found that I only did half, and the other half didn't, that is, I was strict with students. In Modern Chinese Dictionary, "goodness" is the mother and "strictness" is the father's explanation. Teachers, especially class teachers, should be good mothers and fathers, that is, they should be kind and strict with their students. Just like the growth of small trees, they need watering and pruning. In fact, kindness is love, but isn't strict management love? The ancients said, "A gentleman loves virtue, while a villain loves tolerance." Our teachers should all be gentlemen. Therefore, under the premise of emotional education, I always make students who often make mistakes strictly abide by the Code of Conduct for Middle School Students and the Code of Conduct for Middle School Students, and the measures are flexible. Therefore, students feel that they live in a warm and orderly group. Thirdly, it is teachers' bounden duty to combine ideal education with hard work, help students set up lofty ideals and guide them to struggle for their own ideals. However, the attractive word "ideal" is easier said than realized by students. Because the road from reality to ideal is full of obstacles, students can only achieve their ideal goals by carrying forward their perseverance. Therefore, as a teacher, we should not only inspire students to study hard with ideals, but also help them overcome obstacles on their way forward. For every middle school student, his thoughts are easy to fluctuate, his mood is not stable enough, and he is hesitant when he meets difficulties. Although these are normal phenomena, it is easy to affect their enthusiasm for learning. Then teachers should always tell them the purpose of learning, encourage them to work hard and make progress, and let them know that hard work is an important way to realize their ideals. So I often use small classes or spare time to introduce learning methods to students.
Discuss with them how to face the contradiction between students and the reality; Tell them stories about Chen's diligence, Gu's diligence and perseverance in the Song Dynasty, so that students can always keep their ideals in mind and strive for self-improvement.
Fourth, combine traditional virtues with social reality. Wang Chong, a great thinker in the Han Dynasty, said: "Those who are not excellent in virtue cannot be far away." The Chinese nation has a long history of traditional virtues, and many celebrities and great men have touching stories about moral cultivation and governing the country. For example, Confucius, who was frugal but did not change his original intention, Su Wu, who was indomitable and faithful, Fan Zhongyan, who was concerned about the country and the people, and Yue Wumu, who was faithful and so on. If these touching stories are told to students, it will be enough to cultivate their noble moral sentiments and guide them to the right path in the world. But the deeds of these characters can't replace the actual actions of students, because our students are facing living social reality; Moreover, our society is about to enter the 2 1 century, and our students are about to become young people in the 2 1 century. The new social situation and fierce competition are waiting for them, and various forms of outlook on life and values are in front of them. If traditional virtue education is not organically combined with social reality, it is difficult for students to cultivate healthy and noble moral quality. Of course, their enterprising spirit will also be adversely affected in their studies. Fifth, combine serious discipline with lively class style.
A serious discipline in a class is the guarantee for every student to study smoothly, and a lively class spirit can make every student devote himself to his study with more pleasant mood and full enthusiasm. Serious discipline and lively class spirit are not only not antagonistic, but also closely related. Because only serious discipline can create a dynamic class group, and in a positive class group, every student will be more disciplined. So when I am a class teacher, I always have to work out a practical class rule with my classmates, so that every student has no reason not to implement it. Once someone violates this class rule, they will be severely criticized. At the same time, I try my best to create an active classroom atmosphere and encourage students to actively participate in various meaningful activities organized by the school. For example, speech contests, sports competitions, various essay-writing activities, and learning from Lei Feng. These activities enrich students' study life, promote their academic performance and cultivate their sense of collective honor.
In a word, I think moral education is an important job in cultivating students. It not only needs us to impress students with a truth and a practical matter, but also needs us to use our brains and take active measures to help educate students.
