1. Due to the limited reception capacity of the school, the team is currently open to primary and secondary schools and educational administrative institutions. The total number of people in a single team is no more than 200, and the team contact person must be a school teacher or a formal staff member of the education administrative institution.
2. The organizer may entrust a professional third-party organization such as a travel agency to lead the team into the campus, but must truthfully fill in the information of the entrusted travel agency.
3. To make an appointment for a team of primary and secondary schools and educational administrative institutions, it is necessary to provide a scanned copy of the legal person certificate of primary and secondary schools, educational administrative institutions and co-organizers, official contact information, as well as a list of visiting students, team leaders and basic information of co-organizers.
4. After submitting the application for group visit appointment, the system will conduct a preliminary review, and the staff will feedback the appointment results within one week after review; After the appointment is successful, the person in charge of the team will go from the dedicated channel of Tsinghua University Xindongmen (East Sanmen) with a letter of introduction stamped with the official seal of the school and all members with valid second-generation ID cards. After the visit, they will visit the school through the west gate exit.
Third, the requirements of the school
1. The campus is divided into open area and closed area. Students' dormitory areas, family areas and concentrated areas of teaching and scientific research places are not open to the public.
2. It is forbidden for all kinds of vehicles to solicit customers and operate illegally in the school, and it is forbidden for unlicensed vendors to sell drinks, souvenirs and other commodities; The school prohibits any institution or individual from bringing people into the school in violation of regulations.
3.
