In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of general higher education in Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2022 and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Ministry of Education, the Shandong Provincial Department of Education and other departments, and in combination with the actual enrollment situation of Shandong University of Science and Technology.
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of general higher education in Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2022.
Article 2 The principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" shall be applied to the undergraduate enrollment of Shandong University of Science and Technology.

Seventeenth admission principles:
1. In accordance with the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education on enrollment, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and based on the results of the college entrance examination, conduct a comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, and select the best candidates.
2. According to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), determine the proportion of investment in accordance with the requirements of the admissions department of the province where the students are located.
3. General (liberal arts) admission principles
(1) The school implements the provincial filing regulations. For the candidates who enter the file, in the professional arrangement, they are admitted according to the difference of professional volunteer scores. That is, the first to second professional volunteers, the second to third professional volunteers are deducted 3 points and 2 points respectively, and the third to the back professional volunteers are not deducted.
(2) For some vacant majors, the admission will be adjusted according to students' sources and volunteers. Those who can't meet the professional wishes and don't obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed from the school.
(3) In Inner Mongolia, the admission rule is "professional voluntary admission within the scope of enrollment plan 1: 1".
(4) When the bidding results are the same, if the principle of ranking determination is stipulated by the students, the one with the highest ranking will be given priority; If the principle of ranking determination is not stipulated, the ranking of literature and history shall be determined in turn according to the scores of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, and the ranking of science and engineering shall be determined in turn according to the scores of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese, with priority given to those with higher rankings; When all subjects have the same scores, candidates will be selected on the basis of factors such as the scores of the high school proficiency test.

6. Admission of high-level athletes
The admission of high-level athletes shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations promulgated by the Articles of Association for the Admission of High-level Athletes in Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2022.
7. Comprehensively reform the provinces
(1) Candidates from Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Hainan, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing and other provinces (cities) are selected on the basis of the discipline scope required by our school and according to the relevant documents such as the implementation measures for enrollment in their provinces.
(2) For Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan and other provinces (cities), candidates who have already entered the file will be admitted according to professional voluntary scores in professional arrangements. Article 18?
