Application conditions for Chinese professional planners:

To apply for the Chinese professional planner qualification certificate, only those who have received formal training from Chinese professional planners, met the registration requirements and reached the prescribed standard hours can apply for the national unified Chinese professional planner examination. The career planner exam is a national joint exam, twice a year, once in March and once in September. The exam is divided into two parts: written test and thesis. Only when both parts are qualified can we obtain the formal qualification certificate of Chinese professional planner.

Registration conditions for China's vocational planner training:

According to the regulations of China Professional Planners Association, participating in CCDM training for Chinese professional planners must meet the following requirements: bachelor degree or above; At least 30 years old or 8 years working experience.

To apply for the China Vocational Planner Training Examination, you need to pass a rigorous examination. Not all applicants can attend the training. In fact, the passing rate of the exam is less than 30%. Usually, people with management, human resource management, psychology, education, sociology and other related professional backgrounds are given priority to pass the audit. Among the alumni and graduates of CCDM Chinese career planners, more than 70% are senior professionals at manager level or above. A considerable number of them come from global top 500 enterprises or well-known domestic enterprises.

At present, the relevant certificates of professional planners in China are:

CCDM (China Career Development Tutor) certification issued by China Professional Planners Association;

Professional instructor qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor;

Global Career Planner Certificate of NBCC Chinese Global Career Development Promoter;

Certificate of Career Planner issued by China Employment Guidance Center (CETTIC), a directly affiliated unit of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
