The college has a strong faculty and scientific research strength, and has a high academic status at home and abroad. There are 45 professors (including 30 doctoral supervisors) and 69 associate professors. The college has two national key disciplines, pedagogy and psychology, and two Post-Doctoral Research Center. Pedagogy is a first-class doctoral program; Doctoral and master's degree students can be enrolled in nine majors, including pedagogy principle, curriculum and teaching theory, educational history, comparative pedagogy, higher education, educational technology, basic psychology, developmental and educational psychology, and sports human science. There are also seven majors that can recruit graduate students, including education economy and management, vocational and technical education, adult education, applied psychology, computer application technology, communication and information system, sports humanities and sociology. The college attaches great importance to academic exchanges and international cooperation, and has established long-term friendly and cooperative relations with the education colleges of some famous universities in the world.
