Through one year's early education, we strengthened our contact with the town women's Federation and the town family planning commission and reached a consensus of all-round cooperation. In the way of early education, we also strive to diversify, such as training, lectures, publishing tabloids and so on. To enhance parents' early education awareness and guidance ability.
At the same time, there are still some shortcomings: the management mechanism of early education at the age of 0-3 is relatively weak, and there are no corresponding management, incentive and training measures. The ability of new teachers' tutors needs to be further improved, especially in guiding activities, writing plans and cases, which need to be improved through training and discussion.
