China people's pension standard:

For middle-aged people in enterprises, pension consists of three parts: basic pension, personal account pension and transitional pension. Basic pension and personal account pension are unified nationwide.

Calculation standard of transitional pension: the average salary of the previous year x is the calculation coefficient of the payment period before the middle-aged person's time is determined, and the calculation coefficient is calculated by all localities according to the time when the middle-aged person is determined, and the value range is 1% to 1.4%.
