Intensify publicity and solidly promote the "five advances" activities. Make full use of the working mechanisms and platforms such as the vice president of the rule of law and legal experts to promote the compulsory reporting system into the campus, organs, mass organizations, village committees, communities and families, and effectively improve the awareness rate of the compulsory reporting system for cases of infringement on minors, so that relevant responsible subjects can clearly define their reporting obligations. Make a compulsory report booklet and distribute it to all joint conference units, and distribute it to schools, hospitals, hotels, etc. Through them, we can improve the reporting awareness of relevant responsible subjects.

Legal basis:

Article 9 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Seizure, Seizure and Freezing of Property in Civil Execution of People's Courts, if real estate is seized, the people's court shall post the seizure or announcement, and may extract and keep the relevant property right certificates.

Where registered immovable property, specific movable property and other property rights are sealed up, detained or frozen, the relevant registration authority shall be notified to go through the registration formalities. Those who have not gone through the registration formalities shall not object to other sealing-up, seizure and freezing acts that have gone through the registration formalities.
