Evaluation content
The interview is mainly based on the qualification examination standards and examination syllabus (interview part) of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and examines your basic teaching qualities such as professional ethics, psychological quality, appearance, speech expression and thinking quality, as well as basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.
Interview method
By means of structured interview and scenario simulation, the course is previewed, tried and defended. Use the interview evaluation system developed by the examination center of the Ministry of Education to ensure fairness and justice.
Interview process
Every step has strict time management and regulations, from waiting for the exam, drawing questions, preparing lessons to defending. Need to arrive at the test site in advance and enter the waiting room. We will randomly select questions from the question bank, and you need to complete the teaching plan writing and trial lecture within the specified time. The examiner will ask questions around your trial content and test items, and you need to complete your defense within the specified time.
examination performance
The total interview score is 100, and your score is weighted and accumulated by each sub-score. The evaluation of candidates' scores is based on the examiner's comprehensive score, and we will submit the scores through the interview evaluation system.
skill
