Emperor piano grading standard
The grading criteria for the Royal Piano Examination are as follows:

150 (130 excellent, 120 good, 100 pass).

Each of the three designated tracks (Baroque or Classical, Romantic or Classical, Modern) scored 30 points, the scale and arpeggio scored 2 1, the sight-reading (singing) scored 2 1, and the listening test scored 18.

1. Scoring standard for sight-reading/singing (passing score 14, out of 2 1).

Each level:

19-2 1: Smooth and detail-oriented expression has a sense of music. ?

17- 18: Very accurate and stable in rhythm. ?

14- 16: basically accurate, and the beat is generally stable. I noticed key signature. ?

13 or less: poor beat and note recognition, incoherent, and not paying attention to key signatures.

2. Scoring criteria for the arpeggio part of the scale (passing score is 14, full score is 2 1).

Each level:

19-2 1 min: quick response, smooth skills and natural sense of music. ?

17- 18: Good response, ready, stable technology and a little talent. ?

14- 16: the reaction is ok, the preparation speed is moderate, and some skills are unstable. ?

13 or below: poor response, lack of coherence, slow speed and unstable skills. ?

3. Listening score standard (passing score 12, full score 18).

Each level:

19-2 1: Quick and accurate reply.

17- 18: Good response, slight mistake or hesitation.

14- 16: There are still some mistakes or hesitations in the reaction. ?

13 or less: slow response, most of the answers are inaccurate. ?
