Classification of academic qualifications in China
China's higher education qualifications are divided into five categories: general higher education, national open education, higher education self-study examination, adult college entrance examination (correspondence) and network distance education. Among them, the last four are collectively referred to as adult higher education series, which are mainly aimed at social on-the-job personnel.

At present, there are five kinds of qualifications recognized by the state provided by Xuexin Online:

1, recruit full-time academic qualifications.

General higher education: In accordance with the national standards and examination and approval procedures, higher education is implemented in public undergraduate colleges, independent colleges, private colleges, vocational and technical colleges and junior colleges that are approved to hold and pass the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities (national enrollment), with ordinary high school graduates as the main training targets. The academic system is 3 years for junior college and 4-5 years for undergraduate course. Among them, undergraduate courses include ordinary undergraduate courses and applied undergraduate courses. It is different from the fifth self-taught undergraduate course.

Ordinary undergraduate course: also known as unified recruitment undergraduate course, full-time undergraduate course and 3+2 undergraduate course. It means that college graduates from ordinary colleges and universities take the unified examination organized by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute in the next semester of the third grade before graduation, and then go on to study for two years. The examination time is usually at the end of May, and the examination subjects are: College English+(advanced mathematics/computer/specialized courses)+specialized courses.

2. National Open University

Radio and TV University, open education. The predecessor of the Open University of China is the Central Radio and TV University, which was initiated and founded by Comrade Deng Xiaoping himself. Directly under the Ministry of Education, the educational system is two years. The state recognizes academic qualifications, and Xuexin.com has a student status and academic qualifications. Before registration, I obtained a junior college diploma in national education series, mainly through online learning.

3. Adult college entrance examination qualifications

The national unified entrance examination for adult colleges and universities and the national unified entrance examination are relatively easy to pass and the admission rate is high. Adult college entrance examination is divided into junior college stage and undergraduate stage, and it is an opportunity to apply once a year. The form of study is correspondence or amateur. You should register before August every year and take the adult college entrance examination in 5438+ 10.

4. Network distance education.

The educational system is 2 or 5 years, and students are enrolled before March and September every year. It mainly consists of online learning and offline exams through the Internet. The study time is (relatively) free, and only 68 key first-class universities in China provide it.

5. Self-taught degree

Self-taught college entrance examination (called self-taught college entrance examination when reading newspapers): it is an educational way with the nature of self-taught examination and free learning form. There is no limit to the examination time and major. The exam is held twice a year (April and June 5438+00), and the exam time is about one and a half months before the exam. Different majors have different examination subjects.

All the above five degrees can be found on Xue Xin. Com, is a formal academic qualification recognized by the state. Full-time unified recruitment has the highest gold content, and the recognition of the other four countries is the same.

It is suggested that students choose ordinary college entrance examination or self-study examination in their junior year; It is suggested that social candidates choose according to their actual situation. The high gold content of self-taught examination is mainly caused by the low threshold of self-taught examination and the large number of enrollment institutions. The latter four belong to adult education, with little difference. It is suggested to choose according to the time cost and the difficulty of obtaining an undergraduate degree.

Additional notes:

Full-time undergraduate (also known as ordinary undergraduate) is usually enrolled by ordinary colleges and universities all over the country through national unified examination, independent enrollment or exemption from examination, with a schooling period of 4-6 years.

In China, undergraduate education is mainly divided into full-time undergraduate education and part-time undergraduate education. Full-time undergraduate (also known as ordinary undergraduate) is usually enrolled by ordinary colleges and universities all over the country through national unified examination, independent enrollment or exemption from examination, with a schooling period of 4-6 years.

In addition, recent college graduates can receive undergraduate education through the unified entrance examination for 2 years. Part-time undergraduate courses are mainly divided into self-taught undergraduate courses, adult college entrance examination, distance education, amateur education, open education and other types. There is no fixed period of study, and there are various learning methods. Students can study in relevant educational institutions or study by themselves.

Undergraduate course, short for undergraduate course. It is the basic part of higher education, and students can generally get a bachelor's degree after graduation. The undergraduate course of higher education self-study examination is a professional type of self-study examination, which is generally consistent with the similar professional level of ordinary colleges and universities.

Extended data:

According to the different admission batches required by the college entrance examination, undergraduate courses are divided into advance batches, one batch, two batches and three batches, and some provinces and cities enroll students in a unified way, and admission batches are no longer divided. These admission batches belong to the same level and the same education (that is, the undergraduate education level).

In terms of college entrance examination enrollment, the batches and classifications of admission in each province are similar, including undergraduate approval in advance, undergraduate approval in one batch, undergraduate approval in two batches, undergraduate approval in three batches, artistic undergraduate approval in A and B batches and artistic undergraduate approval in three batches. Some provinces and cities have merged a batch of undergraduate courses, two batches of undergraduate courses and three batches of undergraduate courses, and the admission batches are no longer divided.

From the nature of running a school, it can be divided into public undergraduate and private undergraduate. Including public one, public two, private two and private three.

The differences in the levels of undergraduate education (subordinate, provincial and municipal), the differences in the system and nature of undergraduate education (public and private), the differences in undergraduate tuition fees determined by the school-running system, and the similarities and differences in undergraduate diploma have nothing to do with the level of undergraduate institutions and the level of "education, diploma".

The undergraduate education system of college entrance examination in China is divided into four-year system (general class) and five-year system (medicine class and architecture class).
