Develop community education 1 (1) Improve organization and strengthen leadership. In order to strengthen the leadership of community education and ensure the normal development of community education, a working group composed of the director, deputy director, vice president and teaching director of community neighborhood committees was established to be responsible for the management, organization and coordination of community education, effectively coordinate various educational resources in the community and establish a community education network. (2) Determine the content of community education. How to carry out community education? What projects are developed? What resources can be tapped? The leaders of our school and the heads of community neighborhood committees specially held relevant meetings and conducted research and discussion. Finally, we initially identified two types of education. One is cultural education, and the main project is to carry out extracurricular reading. We have determined that the extracurricular reading project is mainly rich in resources, and the resources of school libraries, family books and community reading rooms can be used, which is relatively easy to carry out. In addition, we consider that if all children in the community develop good reading habits, they will not only enrich their knowledge, but also purify their hearts and cultivate their sentiments, and the children will benefit for life. Another kind of education is family education. In terms of family education, the projects we want to develop are mainly children's mental health education, the behavior habits of the only child, communication with others, and the education of children in special families, which are more prominent at present. We want to use this talent to communicate with students and parents in the community, solve educational problems, or train parents in the community. In addition, make use of school resources and properly open school facilities.

This year, in order to create a learning community, we launched a family reading activity. In order to do a good job in reading activities, the community and schools have formulated reading activities plans. The school has done propaganda and mobilization work, recommended reading books to students, and asked parents and children to read extracurricular books during holidays and after school hours. The number of books to be read shall not be less than 12, and the subject matter shall include at least three different kinds of books, and the reading experience shall be written, and the reading exchange meeting shall be held in the class as a unit. Each class recommends excellent reading experience to participate in the essay evaluation of schools and associations. We will stick to reading activities for a long time.

Open some school facilities to benefit community residents.

According to the needs of community residents, we opened the school swimming pool and sports ground on holidays, providing a good place for community residents to exercise.

The development of community education. The construction of "two schools" has reached a new level.

Among the village (residential) community schools, we have set up the Maxiang Community School as an advanced model, which has played an exemplary role. So in February, we organized 15 community education liaison officers from all over the street to participate in the annual summary exchange meeting of adult education in Malaysia. Learn from the advanced experience of Damaxiang Village Community School and extend it to other village (residential) communities. In terms of enterprises, we take Yang Rong Rubber Factory Staff School as an example to drive other enterprises to do a good job in the construction of staff schools. By setting an example, setting an example and organizing mutual learning and exchanges, we will constantly push the construction of "two schools" in our street to a new level.

Two, efforts to promote part-time community teachers to the village (neighborhood), community schools to carry out educational services.

Since April XX, the working mechanism of part-time community teachers and volunteers in primary and secondary schools in all towns (streets) in the region has been established, and educational services have been provided in village (residential) communities. Most part-time community teachers and volunteers in primary and secondary schools in our street can use winter and summer vacations and holidays to provide educational services in arranged community, village and residential community schools, and regularly report their work objects and work contents. Our community education center will make a statistical summary of the work of part-time community teachers in the community once a month, and keep regular communication with community education liaison officers in villages (residential areas) to grasp and understand the overall situation of receiving part-time community teachers and volunteers' related education services in villages (residential areas) in time, and pay subsidies to part-time community teachers in time according to regulations on the basis of grasping the situation, and find problems in time and help solve them. In view of the high pressure of part-time community teachers in middle schools, the lack of community service activities compared with part-time community teachers in primary schools, the single content of activities and the low enthusiasm of some comrades, we contacted the leaders in charge of middle schools and suggested paying attention to this situation or adjusting personnel. In late June, before the summer vacation in primary and secondary schools, we specially held a meeting of part-time community teachers in primary and secondary schools, re-emphasizing and putting forward the work requirements of entering the community to carry out educational services in the second half of the year. It is clear that at the end of the year, according to the requirements of the Education Bureau, we should do a good job in the evaluation of the work throughout the year, and call on everyone to learn from the part-time community teachers who work in the community school in Damaxiang Village, and take their work as an example to do this work conscientiously and responsibly. In particular, it is necessary to innovate and carry out extracurricular education activities for teenagers. To this end, the staff of our community education center will go all out to provide help and guidance for part-time community teachers to go deep into the community to carry out educational services, in order to promote part-time community teachers to further improve the level of educational services in communities and villages.

Three, long-term training and short-term training, academic education and skills education simultaneously.

At present, following the graduation of 45 junior college students in the spring class of China Central Radio and TV University in July this year, the graduation of the second autumn students is also being processed. Up to now, there are still 223 junior college students studying in our school, and the cooperation with Wuxi Institute of Economics and Technology has also achieved success and achieved initial results. At present, there are 1 1 undergraduates majoring in "Economics and Administration" in Nanjing University of Political Science. In the second half of the year, a number of students have signed up for the autumn enrollment. Next, we will increase the publicity of enrollment and expand other majors according to the actual situation, so that scholars have more choices to meet their needs. At the same time, go deep into local scale enterprises, carry out academic training, skill quality training and publicity, mobilize enterprises to run classes, and improve the overall quality of employees.

Adult high school education and training are generally normal. After a year's study, 54 students graduated last year. In June this year, the second batch of 24 students graduated, but overall, the scale of this job is too small, and not many people signed up. In the second half of the year, we will also contact and discuss with some large-scale enterprises, and try to run adult high school classes directly for enterprises, which will not only help enterprises improve the cultural quality of employees, but also expand the scale of running our school. At the same time, we will continue to cooperate with street trade unions and chambers of commerce to help enterprises carry out a series of educational activities to improve the quality of employees, relevant skills training and enterprise management personnel training.
