After reading this book for the first time, I wrote two comments: Happiness in Career and Light in My Heart, which were mainly aimed at the self-reports of two teachers, He Dong. Because these two teachers are my most familiar, we once had dinner together and lived in a room in a hotel, so I think I have something worth writing about. During that time, I kept reading and writing notes every day, because it was this book that gave me the strength to persist.

This winter vacation, there are so many things happening at home that I can't settle down to read, let alone write reading notes or feel after reading. But if you don't read or write, you will always feel uneasy and worry that you have wasted your time. So I read this book again, hoping it can inspire me to continue to enrich myself and run towards a better self again.

After reading the whole book, I was still moved. A total of 10 rural class teachers participated in the self-report in this book. Every teacher's growth process, from family education, the road to study, and the experience of being a teacher, is full of positive energy. "How can you see a rainbow without experiencing wind and rain?" Every rural class teacher is struggling to find his own direction, with loss, hesitation, helplessness, luck, change and development. As the narrator of this book, I can better understand the story behind every teacher's words and the mood of every teacher when he writes every word. From the self-reports of all the rural class teachers in this book, I got the following insights.

? Feeling 1: Family education deeply affects children's character.

? From the self-reports of teachers Liu Haixia, Liu Xi and Li Dongmei, we can feel the influence of family education on them, including myself. Faced with the pressure of family economy, parents always influence us with the qualities of diligence, generosity, kindness and gratitude. Our parents are out-and-out farmers, and they won't lecture us. Their education is mainly reflected in every word and deed in daily life, which always exerts a subtle influence on us. Deeply influenced by his grandfather, Li Dongmei fell in love with reading, got to know his own books, started the construction of a small family study, and brought happiness to rural children. What kind of family makes what kind of children. The reverence of rural parents for teachers makes rural children full of yearning for the profession of teachers. All the teachers in the book chose this glorious career under the influence of this family. When I became a teacher, I also deeply realized the simplicity of rural parents. Therefore, we pay special attention to family education in rural areas and strive to find more effective home-school cooperation strategies.

Feeling 2: Hard life can temper people's will.

Our rural class teacher has experienced a hard life since childhood, taking on heavy housework early, often farming with his parents, and finishing his homework in the rest of the time. Want to study, have no money to buy books. There are no extracurricular books except textbooks. Lack of money to go to school has also become the biggest problem we encounter, but we are lucky to always meet those caring people. They either give money directly or care about their lives. When I take courses in Liu Haixia and Liu Xi, I always think of my three years in a normal school. 1998 the flood flooded my family's fields, which brought greater burden and pressure to the already heavily indebted families. At that time, I was in the second grade of normal school, and all the teachers and classmates in my class donated money for me after learning the situation. When the teacher put 7 16 yuan into my hand, my eyes filled with tears. Until now, I still can't forget that scene. In the end, this money became my living expenses for one year. Because of the hardships on the way to school, we never thought of giving up in the predicament, and we especially cherish every opportunity to learn. We feel inferior in our hearts, but we are more determined. We should prove our survival value through our continuous efforts.

? Insight 3: Opportunities are always reserved for people who keep working hard.

? Before meeting Professor Li, every teacher in the book has been making unremitting efforts on the road of rural education, struggling to move forward on the road of self-growth, keeping their initial heart in the face of difficulties and realizing their educational dreams. Teacher Wu Jingchao set up the ideal of being a people's teacher at an early age and started the construction of a "caring home for left-behind children". Accompany children to study, climb mountains and eat, and always pay attention to the inner feelings of left-behind children. Teacher Wu realized that "the growth of teachers is the process of teachers' continuous learning", so she kept learning at all times and established a warm class group. From the establishment of a love group, the opening of a "caring mailbox" and the opening of a "family line", teachers and students read together instead of parent-child reading to warm left-behind children with emotion. It is because of Mr. Wu's unremitting efforts that he can get the opportunity to attend the seminar of elite class teachers, get to know professors and start a new growth process. Not only Mr. Wu, but also other teachers, because they are always uneasy about the status quo, always want to grow up hard, always have a firm educational belief, and hope to achieve children in every village through their own growth, so opportunities will come to you inadvertently.

? Insight 4: Growth is inseparable from the guidance of professionals.

In the teachers' self-reports, I found that everyone has never stopped growing since they joined the company, and they are all trying to change and explore independently. However, as a rural class teacher, there are few opportunities for training and learning, and it is always difficult to build a car behind closed doors. Fortunately, we met Professor Li and joined the team of "Research on the Work and Development of Rural Class Teachers". Through the guidance and guidance of college experts, everyone in the team has experienced "transformation" and experienced many firsts in life: the first in-depth reading of professional books, the first writing and publication of professional papers, the first participation in the compilation of books, and the first time on the national conference platform ... These firsts are all important nodes on our growth path, prompting us to move towards specialization step by step.

? Insight 5: People's development is inseparable from reading and writing.

10 rural class teachers are all people who like reading and recording their lives. Whether at school or at work, I will improve my knowledge and teaching ability by reading various books. At the same time, I often record my life and work. These habits laid the foundation for becoming a professional teacher.

? Since the central government has put forward the "reading for all" activity, teachers must establish a lifelong learning consciousness, take students to read together, hold hands with each other, and students drive their parents to read, so as to build a learning family together. Under the guidance of Professor Li, teachers promote family reading through parent-child reading activities in winter and summer vacations. Through the establishment of "China Class Teacher Training College", we can read the book "Research on Class Teachers in China" together, and improve the reading ability of class teachers. Every time I read the professional books written by the teachers of the research group, I deeply realized how superficial my previous reading feelings were, and I didn't use my practical experience to express my heartfelt feelings at all. I admire the reading ability and perseverance of the 20 teachers who participated in the training institutions. Recalling Professor Li's enrollment, he didn't have the courage to participate and lost a meaningful growth opportunity. Teacher Lan Meiqin, teacher Liu Xi, teacher Ye Feifei and teacher Lin Dongmei of this book all participated in the reading. Their rapid development shows that reading and writing can effectively promote people's development.

Perception 6: Practice and exploration can promote self-growth.

Can the professional theoretical knowledge learned from books be applied to the students in this class? Read only, learn only, don't practice, and never know the answer. Therefore, according to our own situation, we should put it into practice, learn while doing, reflect and summarize, rebuild after discovering problems, study again, reflect and summarize until we explore a truly suitable education and teaching method for students. In the exploration of practice, we should constantly accumulate experience, constantly update our concepts and constantly improve ourselves. This process of exploration is the process of our own growth. The rural class teachers in the book all grew up step by step by carrying out real practical activities rooted in the countryside. Teacher Liu Haixia takes students to be volunteers, to be volunteers and to convey love; Teacher Lin Dongmei, Teacher Shi and I develop and utilize rural natural resources to promote the healthy development of students' body and mind; Teacher Lan Meiqin's multi-dimensional integration promotes home-school cooperation through family reading activities; Teacher Gong Shuqing promotes the all-round development of students by carrying out various long-term club activities; Teacher Ye Feifei improves students' comprehensive quality through activities such as class posts, team building, team building of class cadres, cultivation of students' ability and reconstruction of students' holiday life. At the same time, every teacher pays special attention to the activity planning of students' holiday life, connecting school education with family education, which is called "the fourth education world" by Professor Li. Although we are rural class teachers, we can prove our professional growth through our own practice.

I am still excited to read this book again. It has successfully inspired me. In the next holiday life, I will devote myself to study, keep taking notes and enrich myself.
