We have carried out multi-dimensional and multi-level school-enterprise cooperation with more than 30 universities in and outside the province/KLOC-0, such as mixed ownership secondary colleges, production-education integration bases, professional co-construction, teacher training, internships, apprenticeships, collaborative education, and on-the-job internships. The technical direction of talent training covers eight directions: cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, software engineering, user experience design, network security and e-commerce. The annual training of high-end IT technical talents exceeds 10000, and the delivery of high-end pan-IT technical talents exceeds 50,000 for enterprises, of which 60% are recommended by word of mouth, with a one-time employment rate of 98%, and 20% have an employment salary exceeding 1W, with an average salary of 8.5K.
