In 2004, Team Rocker won the third place in the final of Smith China Business Plan Competition of the University of Maryland, and the third place in Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition in the world. Subsequently, overseas venture capital was introduced and Locke was established, focusing on employment services.

In 2006, Roker became the first strategic partner of Nokia's global innovation business "WidSets" with its distinctive features in employment services, and launched a mobile Internet service featuring "20 Roker Employment Collection", with more than 1 100000 users.

In 2007, Rocco successfully held the "Tomorrow Chief Financial Officer" business case analysis challenge; 236 players from 23 universities and 95 teams participated in the competition.
