In 2004, Team Rocker won the third place in the final of Smith China Business Plan Competition of the University of Maryland, and the third place in Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition in the world. Subsequently, overseas venture capital was introduced and Locke was established, focusing on employment services.

In 2006, Roker became the first strategic partner of Nokia's global innovation business "WidSets" with its distinctive features in employment services, and launched a mobile Internet service featuring "20 Roker Employment Collection", with more than 1 100000 users.

In 2007, Rocco successfully held the "Tomorrow Chief Financial Officer" business case analysis challenge; 236 players from 23 universities and 95 teams participated in the competition.

In 2007, Rocco cooperated with JAIMS and successfully held the "GSRP-2007 Hawaii Soft Skills Training Camp". Twenty outstanding college students from Shanghai and Zhejiang were selected to participate.

In 2009, Locke signed a memorandum of cooperation on overseas study tour with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore, and successfully held NTU- Global Leadership Project in the winter vacation of 20 10, and sent 22 well-known domestic college students to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for short-term study and exchange.
