Yueyahu Huimin Middle School is a nine-year immigrant school in Yueyahu Township. 1989, the party Committee and government of the autonomous region decided to put Zhengqi Township and Luo Chuan Township of Haiyuan County under the overall jurisdiction of Crescent Lake, and invested in the construction of Datang Middle School (the predecessor of Crescent Lake Clock Club), which has three grades and three classes, with a total of 136 students and 9 teachers, and is under the jurisdiction of Haiyuan County Education Bureau. 1999 10 was transferred to the jurisdiction of the former Tao Le Education Bureau. In September, 2003, the new campus was put into use and moved to the current site. When adjusting the educational structure and optimizing the educational resources, the former Tao Le County merged Datang Middle School, Gao Ren Town Middle School and Forest Farm Primary School into Datang Huimin Middle School, with 12 classes and 35 teachers. Renamed Yinchuan xingqing district Crescent Lake Huimin Middle School.

In 2004, the school education and teaching conditions were extremely difficult, with only one teaching building and ten teachers' dormitories, no physics and chemistry laboratory and zero teaching equipment. The playground is a saline-alkali wasteland, a beach in summer and an ice rink in winter. There are only 17 teachers, and the rest are college students volunteers. After the handover to xingqing district in 2004, leaders at all levels attached great importance to the current situation of education and teaching in immigrant areas and increased capital investment. The school also actively strives for project construction funds, strives for the "100-standard" project in the autonomous region, and seizes the good opportunity of "Pujiu" and "Strengthening the county and strengthening the district through education" to build Huimin Building, which is equipped with standardized physical and chemical laboratories, reading rooms, teachers' electronic lesson preparation rooms, students' standard computer rooms and multimedia classrooms, thus hardening the campus and building a student playground. In 2006, it passed the acceptance of "Pujiu" in the autonomous region.
