Licensed pharmacists must continue to receive education every year. The Chinese Pharmacists Association is mainly responsible for organizing the national licensed pharmacist demonstration network training, and the provincial (licensed) pharmacists association mainly organizes the licensed pharmacist training in its jurisdiction. The continuing education of licensed pharmacists is carried out under the guidance and supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
Examination arrangement for licensed pharmacists:
The examination is held once a year, and the examination time is generally arranged in the middle of June 5438+ 10. The exam is divided into four and a half days, and each subject takes two and a half hours. In principle, only test sites are set up in provincial capital cities. The 20 16 year licensed pharmacist examination will be held in June 10, June 15 and June 16.

The national licensed pharmacist qualification examination stipulates that two years is an examination cycle. That is, those who take exams in all subjects must pass the exams in all subjects within two consecutive exam years. For example, candidates took the licensed pharmacist qualification examination in the same year and passed the two exams; In the second year, you have to take exams in two other subjects. If you pass the exam, you will be regarded as having passed all the exams.
If one of the subjects fails in the exam, only the qualified subjects in the second year will be recognized in the third year, and the other three subjects must be re-tested, and so on. Those who take part in some exemption subjects must pass the examination subjects within one examination year.
Pass rate of examination:
According to statistics, since 2004, the number of registered pharmacists and the actual reference number in China have dropped sharply year after year. From 20 10 to 20 13, the reference numbers in recent three years are 1 13767, 9 1370 and 84407 respectively.
In 2006, the number of applicants for the national licensed pharmacist qualification examination was 105838, and the actual number of participants was 84407. The qualified number is 14 174, and the qualified rate is 16.79%. By the end of 2006, there were licensed pharmacists 14368 1 person in China, including 96,859 pharmacists and 46,822 western medicines.
