The experience of working in military regiments and units below regimental level, the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the army, the experience of unemployed college graduates leaving school to participate in internships in college graduates' internship bases (grass-roots units) or participating in project research in enterprises and institutions can all be regarded as grassroots work experience.
The work experience of institutions with vertical management units above the ground (city) and below the county (city, district and banner) is regarded as grassroots work experience.
Social practice experience and participation in relevant work during the school period, even if a labor contract is signed with the unit, are not regarded as grassroots work experience (graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are counted from the date of their enrollment registration to the time when graduation certificates are issued; The period of studying abroad is counted from the date of enrollment registration to the time when the degree certificate is issued outside the country (territory).
2. How to define the starting time of grassroots work experience?
Personnel working in grass-roots party and government organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises shall be included in grassroots work experience time from the date of registration.
Participants in central and local grass-roots employment projects, such as university student village officials, three supports and one support (supporting education, supporting agriculture, supporting medicine and helping the poor), volunteer service for university students in the western region, volunteer service for university students in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province, and special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education, will be included in grassroots work experience time from the date of registration.
For those who are employed for the first time in grass-roots public welfare posts (social management and public service), the grassroots work experience time shall be calculated from the starting time agreed in the work agreement.
Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is the grass-roots unit) to participate in the internship or participate in the project research of enterprises and institutions, and the grassroots work experience time is calculated from the date of registration.
Working in enterprises, other economic organizations, social organizations and other units, grassroots work experience time is calculated from the starting time agreed in the labor contract.
If you start your own business and go through the formalities in the industrial and commercial registration, the grassroots work experience time shall be counted from the date when the business license is issued.
For those who are employed for the first time in the form of flexible employment, grassroots work experience time is counted from the start time of flexible employment registration and approval.
