Education is an intelligent science. Wisdom is the integration of all life experiences and rational thinking. Wisdom is not equal to knowledge. No matter how much knowledge a person has, he will learn a lot. If he lacks wisdom, he may still be mentally retarded. Teaching wisdom is an individual teacher's comprehensive ability to achieve symbiosis, freedom and beauty with profound insight, keen wit and efficient and convenient response to teaching situations based on his own understanding of teaching phenomena and teaching theories in teaching practice. Educational wisdom embodies a kind of quality, realm and realm, which is manifested in the true sense of respecting students, paying attention to individuality and pursuing the happy realm of life, as well as a relaxed tolerance and the ability to simplify the complex.

In the sense of educating people, the life realm of teachers can be divided into natural realm, utilitarian realm, moral realm and humanistic realm. The higher the life realm pursued by a teacher, the higher the life realm of the new generation he cultivated.

If a teacher can only follow the teacher's instinct and social atmosphere, and all he does is let nature take its course, then his life realm is the natural realm. If a teacher's motivation is utilitarian, teaching is to make a living, making up lessons is to pay, the college entrance examination is to get extra points, writing papers is to promote, and so on. Then his realm of life is utility. If a teacher realizes that he is a member of the education front, consciously does education and teaching work for the benefit of students, is responsible for students, and everything he does is moral and meaningful, then his life realm is moral realm. If a teacher realizes that there is a bigger whole besides the whole teacher, that he is not only a member of the education front, but also a member of the whole society and all mankind, and consciously does meaningful things for the interests of society and mankind, then he has entered a higher realm of life, that is, the realm of mankind. These are the four realms of being a teacher.
