Jingxian Special Education School is a public school directly under Jingxian Education and Sports Bureau. It is a six-year boarding compulsory education school integrating intellectual development and rehabilitation.

The school is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of leye county Road and Tongxin Road in the East Government Affairs New District, and is jointly built with Jingxian Chengguan No.4 Primary School. Every classroom in the school has multimedia teaching equipment, including ten functional rooms, such as sensory comprehensive training room, physical rehabilitation training room, psychological consultation room, language communication cognitive ability training room, speech function evaluation and training room, puzzle game room and skill room, which provide a good learning, living and rehabilitation environment for mentally retarded children.
