Content introduction:

The subtitle of emotional education is the story of a young man. Frederick, the hero? Moro came from a bourgeois family in other provinces and came to Paris to study law at the age of eighteen. But he was only interested in literature and art, tried to write novels and waltzes, and learned to draw with others, but they all gave up halfway. He fell in love with Mary, the wife of Arnold, an art dealer. Although Mary doesn't love her husband, she abides by women's morality. Later, she was finally moved by Moreau's infatuation and agreed to date him. 1848 February, a revolution broke out in Paris. Moreau didn't go to the people's parade because of this appointment. However, Mary couldn't keep the appointment because her son suddenly suffered from pseudomembranous laryngitis. In despair, Moreau fell into the arms of Rosa Knight, a social butterfly. They lived together, gave birth to a son, and died soon. Moreau associates with Bruce, an industrialist of noble birth. In order to enter the upper class, he became Mrs. Bryce's lover. After the industrialist died, they planned to get married. But when Mrs Bryce's behavior at the bankrupt Arnold couple's furniture auction deeply hurt Moreau's heart, he broke up with this lady completely. He returned to his hometown in great depression, and there was still a glimmer of hope in his heart: to marry Louise, a country girl who had always loved him. But in the church square, he happened to meet Louise and his old classmate Dai laurier for the wedding. Moreau was ashamed and returned to Paris. /kloc-one evening in 0/867, Mrs. Arnold suddenly visited, and the two were very excited and told each other their hearts. She cut off a strand of white hair and left it to Moreau as a farewell souvenir.

Emotional education, as the author said, is "a modern custom novel that takes place in Paris". Around Frederick Morrow, novelists have created a series of characters with different personalities and belonging to different social classes. Through these people, we can see a microcosm of French society in11940s, especially in 1848. Therefore, emotional education is not only a personal emotional history, but also a social novel and a video chronicle of the 1848 revolution.
