Today, when individualization is advocated, counselors and students make the activities of the Young Pioneers more colorful, richer in content and more diverse in forms. Due to time constraints, team ceremonies are selectively omitted or abridged. Slowly developing, the team ceremony was gradually ignored by us.
Our squadron activities and brigade activities are becoming more and more blurred and farther away from the inherent mode. Although it is necessary to innovate the content and form of activities, the Young Pioneers ceremony is rich in cultural heritage and embodies the culture of the Young Pioneers. The standardization of the ceremony fully shows the seriousness and discipline of the young pioneers.
