Anand Kumar. The film Super 30 was directed by Vika Barr, a famous Indian director and producer. The prototype is Anand Kumar, an educator and mathematician in Bihar, India. He founded a free tutoring program called Super30, and selected 30 talented students from poor families to tutor IIT college entrance examination every year. In the past 16 years, 422 out of 480 students were finally admitted to IIT.
