What is the development prospect of VEX educational robot?
I just went to Wuhan Sports Center last weekend to see the World robot contest, which should be the highest level robot competition in China! Many children are running around the field with robots. I was deeply impressed by the competition of VEX robotics. There are plastic parts, metal parts and different competition themes. The younger one is playing VEX IQ, holding the remote control to control the robot to collect the target objects on the partition, and finally hanging his own machine on the middle beam. The game of metal EDR is more enjoyable. Control the robot to launch a flag that hits the edge of the field to score points, and it is also scrambling to turn over the plate. The game is very intense. I learned from my friends that this kind of VEX robotics is American. In recent years, it has become more and more popular in China. Parents have sent their children to learn VEX robotics to exercise their hands-on ability. They can learn all kinds of knowledge such as mechanical engineering and learn to use it flexibly. If a robot wants to move, it has to learn programming. These kids are really good. Moreover, the country now attaches great importance to this aspect, and many independent enrollment programs in colleges and universities also attach great importance to students' participation experience in this aspect. Personally, I think the development prospect is very good.
