The purpose and significance of raising the national flag is to make people not forget history. (1) The main flag bearer stands in front of the left, and the assistant flag bearer stands in front of the right. There are two flag bearers behind, and four are held horizontally.

(2) Two trumpeters, four small drummers and 1 big drummer play the flag song. Stand still.

(3) The flag bearer advances to the flagpole, and the drums stop.

(4) The main flag bearer is tied below and the deputy flag bearer is tied above. Stand at attention on both sides of the flag.

(5) After being tied, the national anthem will be played, young pioneers will salute, and non-young pioneers will stand at attention. Take off your hat. Sing along with the national anthem.

(6) After the national anthem is sung, the flag will be raised to the top. Tie the flag.
