Partnership. The relationship between the school trade union and the education bureau trade union is close cooperation. They work together to safeguard the rights and interests of faculty and staff, improve the working environment and improve the quality of education. Through cooperation and coordination with the trade union of the Education Bureau, the school trade union feeds back the needs and opinions of the teaching staff to the Education Bureau, and promotes the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.
